accompanying them and agrees to never allow unknown persons to enter, failing
which they will incur civil and criminal liability in the event of damage,
injury, or offenses.
4. Rates and Time Slot Operation
Rates are listed on the website and include
VAT at the current legal rate. Rates vary depending on the size of the locker
and the length of the reservation.
Lake Lockers Annecy may adjust its prices at
any time without notice.
Luggage and/or keys must be collected by the
Customer before the reservation expires.
Rental extensions must be made before the
reservation expires via the email received at the time of initial purchase.
The Customer is responsible for choosing their

store are of a compatible size and that they are physically able to store them.
No refunds will be issued if the Customer's luggage cannot fit, for any reason,
in the previously reserved locker.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the
French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that
must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
The Customer, informed that they do not have
the right of withdrawal, therefore expressly waives any refund for the service
once it has been paid for and reserved.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations
The Customer certifies that the personal
information provided to Lake Lockers Annecy at the time of booking is accurate;
it is their responsibility to verify it before providing it. Any false
information will result in immediate termination of the contract with no
refund.
The lockers must only be used for the
temporary storage of luggage (or keys, if applicable) belonging to the
Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for the
contents stored in the reserved locker.
The Customer is strictly prohibited from
storing and agrees not to store:
- Luxury items
- Money, credit cards, property deeds,
passports, and identity documents
- Phones, computers, tablets, and electronic
equipment, jewelry, works of art or similar, precious metals, gemstones,
watches, and cameras
- Professional tools and equipment, as well as
any documents or files subject to professional secrecy
- Chemicals, toxic products, and dangerous
goods
- Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
- Flammable materials, gases, and fuels
- Drugs and illicit substances
- Animals, living beings, plants, and
perishable foods
- Waste or illegal items
- Unpackaged food or beverages
Lithium-ion batteries or any other type of

A €150 penalty may be applied for depositing
prohibited items.
The customer agrees to only use the locker
opened with the personal code sent to them at the time of purchase and will not
store anything in any other locker. They must also ensure that the rented
locker is always locked, both during and at the end of their rental, when
leaving The Lake Lockers premises. It is also the customer's responsibility to
ensure that their luggage is properly locked (code, padlock, etc.) and
identified (label with the customer's name and contact phone number). At the
end of the rental period, or upon early departure, the customer agrees to
return the locker empty and cleaned of any waste or dirt, if applicable.
Otherwise, a €150 penalty may be applied.
The customer agrees not to use the lockers for
illegal or unlawful purposes.
The customer also agrees to use the equipment
properly and will be liable to Lake Lockers Annecy and any third parties for
any damage or deterioration caused to the lockers, the system, and the
premises. Any incident must be immediately reported to the company via the
hotline.
It is prohibited to exceed the storage
capacity of the lockers or to force them closed. In the event of damage, the
resulting repair or replacement costs may be charged without any limit. The
customer will also bear the legal and financial liability for any intervention
or repair if the locker(s) cannot be reopened normally due to improper use.
This situation will result in an additional cost of €50 to be paid before any
intervention, to which will be added any necessary repairs and incidental
costs. For lockers intended for storing keys or documents, the customer is
exceptionally authorized to share access codes; however, they remain
responsible for the persons and actions of those with whom they share access
rights. The customer remains the sole contact for Lake Lockers Annecy. Lake
Lockers Annecy disclaims all liability regarding the collection and return of
keys, as well as related rentals or loans (including, but not limited to,
delays by either party, cancellations, losses, thefts, etc.). It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure that their belongings have been properly accounted for
and returned. Overbooking key lockers, regardless of the circumstances or the
offender, will result in the penalties referred to in Article 8, which the
customer agrees to pay.
The customer hereby acknowledges that The Lake
Lockers' commercial premises are exempt from the PMR accessibility requirement.
Access may therefore not be suitable for all persons.

subject to presentation of original proof of purchase and the corresponding
